About

I’ve been traveling since late 2013, and hope to keep going for a while. What I’m seeing and learning is interesting, so I like to share it. Even though I know of only three people who sometimes read through my posts, the process of creating something that will be publicly available forces me to think through my thoughts and maybe come to some sort of informed conclusion. If you read a post and have some thoughts of your own, I’d be thrilled if you left a comment or ten.

During my first few years of blogging, I tried to post often and according to various themes. Even I couldn’t make sense of the many categories, so I’ve abandoned all of them and now I just write infrequently about the stuff that is most interesting to me. You might notice that many of my older posts have titles and content that appear to have tried to fit into some sort of structure or theme, but now just seem confusingly random…enjoy!

I don’t post here often, but I frequently share some of my favorite photos on instagram.
